This 7-bedroom, 7.5-bathroom water view home was designed with both elegance and function in mind, featuring three laundry rooms, a mudroom, snack room, wine cellar and a private mother-in-law apartment. Our finish work included custom 8’ door installations, floating cabinets and floating staircase treads, paired with sleek baseboards featuring a shadow line detail flushed with the sheetrock.

Exterior enhancements included deck construction with columns, cedar vertical siding and integrated outdoor heaters, creating a seamless transition between indoor and outdoor living. Every detail was crafted to complement the home’s modern design and expansive views.
